It’s been a crazy couple of weeks - jam packed with meetings and workshops. That’s meant very little time to update this blog! After an exciting 2 days at the AIGA Design for Good workshop in New York on August 10 & 11, I had the pleasure of spending last week with a group of students participating in the Chicago Innovation Chase All-Stars competition at PepsiCo.
Check out this video of Daniya Kamran’s fantastic speech at a recent TEDx at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Her inspiring talk was about ideation as a reward for STEM students. I’m extremely proud to be a member of the board of the non-profit she co-founded, Eurekatory, which develops, runs and consults for national programs to mentor, spotlight and seek STEM talent, and uniquely prepare them to accelerate real change.
